II. It is the will of God that we, as Believers, Know what is ours in Christ and How to freely receive it. . It is Gods will that we know our Authority in Christ, and how to use it. toBring our Condition in line with our Position. . Our authority in Christ is an instrument given to us by God to help us

enjoy life , the God kind of life. In the Scripture above Paul prayes that the wisdom of God will be given so that they will have Knowledge Concerning his calling , (position Of Authority in HIM ) that they will have a full revelation of the Power God used to raise Jesus from the dead ,as well as them, God raised us as well as Jesus ,all were raised at the same time By faith or, we are not able to be Raised and seated in Christ In Heavenly Places Eph:2-6 Eph3:14 -20 According to the Power{authority} that worketh in us Verse 16, is how,, we are Strengthened with MIGHT. In our Inner Man By the Holy Spirit.. You need to know that you Have the strength Christ Has if you are in Him.If any man be in Christ he is a new Creation old things are passed away Behold all things have become New.In Christ you are as Christ in the Earth , Ambassadors for Heaven , we were Translated out of the Darkness into the Kingdom of his dear Son . to Represent Heaven on earth.

III Each student should begin to pray these prayers over themselves on a Daily

Basis. In a short time, you will notice a change in the way you pray and release Spiritual Authority.

IIII. Psalms 110:2 The Lord shall send the rod of thy Strength out of Zion (the CHURCH). Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

IV Matt. 18:18 Whatsoever YOU Bind , AND whatsoever YOU Loose.

Shall be loosed in Heaven . God is waiting on you to Speak the words in Love So all of Christ Authority can be exercised.

Who is Satan?

I. We must let the Bible be the Basis for our revelation when it comes to Satan and the demonic realm.

A. Ezekiel28: 12-19

1. In the study of the surrounding verses we see the phrase "King of Tyrus " As a type , and is a description of Satan himself.

2. Verse 13

a. He was in the Garden Gen 3

b. He was created (not pro created)

3. Verse 14

a. He was the Anointed Cherub

b. Satan is a fallen angel, not on the same level as Deity. Never has been .

4. Verse 15

a. Iniquity was found in him .

b. Thus one can conclude Iniquity is a Spiritual trait because Satan is a
spiritual being.

5. Verse 17

a. He saw HIMSELF not GOD.

B. Isaiah 14: 12-16

Notice in these scriptures that Isaiah is speaking about Lucifer.

1. Verse 13-14

Lucifer wanted a position that belonged to Jesus

2. Verse 15

This will be his end.

3. Verse 16

When we see Lucifer the way he really is , we should be astonished that he can cause so much trouble.

A. Matt 4:1-11

1. He is the Tempter. He is the God of this World System.. Jesus regains authority for Humanity. Luke 11:21-22

Jesus gives us a view into the realm of the Spirit to show us what should be accomplished through Redemption . One of the Goals of Redemption was to restore to mankind authority which was lost at the fall of Adam.

1. Jesus is the Stronger

2. Jesus overcame him

1. Jesus took away his armor.

2. Jesus divided his spoils.

B. Colossians2;15

Jesus Spoiled (disarmed,rid himself,robbed of their prey,drew the sting out of ,discarded the cosmic powers of) principalities and powers ,and made a show Of them openly triumphing over them in it.(Jesus exposed them , shattered , Empty and defeated in his final glorious ,triumphant act.)

C. I John 3:8

1. He that commit sin is of the devil, for the devil sinneth from the Beginning. For this purpose the son of God was manifested , that he might Destroy the works of the devil.

2.(Amp) the reason that the son of God was made manifest,visable was to Undo, destroy ,loosen , and dissolve the works the devil has done.

We must forever gather our information about the devil from the word of

God , and view him as weak , powerless and defeated.

A               The only power the Devil has over you, Is the power You Give Him.
B.          Ephesians 4:27 Neither give Place to the devil.
C.              Give no opportunity to him . do not give him a chance.

V. Ephesians 6; 10

Finally my Brethren be strong in the lord and in the power of his Might.

Verse 11 Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to Stand against

The wiles of the Devil. D.

If God had noe equipped you you would not be able to stand Acts 19:14 seven sons of Sceva.

A. John 10;10

The thief cometh not, but for to steal ,and kill and destroy . B. Job Chapters 1-2 give us a picture of Satans work .

1. Job 1:12 all that he hath is in thy power.

2. Job 2;6 .... He is in thy hand C. Job 3:25

For the thing that I GREATLY FEARED is come upon me , and that which I was afraid of is come unto me .

FEAR ACTIVATES THE POWER OF SATAN JUST LIKE FAITH ACTIVATES THE POWER OF GOD.

We must realize that our adversary is the devil and his works . This must be The arena of our resistance . we must resist.

A. Spiritual resistance is not to obtain but to enforce. Many believers are Unaware of their rights and privileges in Christ: therefore they are held in Bondage by a criminal force (the devil and demons ) and are never able to Receive what already belongs to them. B. I Peter 5:6-8 ... Seeking who he May.Devour?

C. Hosea 4:6 A lack of Knowledge is what brings destruction. Because thou Has rejected Knowledge I will reject you.

The scriptures above give the Blueprint for the lifestyle of the Believer to Render active opposition against the forces of darkness. A James 4:7 SUBMIT.

The degree that you walk in submission in your life will be Directly Proportionate to the degree of authority you walk in .

1. Verse 6 Humble yourself. a. this is the Key to receiving the exaltation of God. b. Philippians 2;9 God Highly Exalted Jesus.

c. Humility : the ability to receive all that God has for you ,and still give him all the Glory. To put Gods word over your Word.

2. Verse 7 Casting all your care upon him .

a. Matt 11:33 for my yoke is easy and my burden light.

3. Verse 8 Be sober

a. do not be under the Influence of anything other than the word of God and

the Holy Ghost, b. Ephesians 5:18 but be ye Filled with the Spirit .Filled Gk is Possessed.

4. Verse 8 Be Vigilant.

a. Be watchful Be Awake

b. Ephesians 6:11 Be aware of the Wiles (traps) of the devil.

IV Now you are in the position to resist (actively Oppose ) your Enemy on the

Basis of his defeate

a. Colossians 2:15 We must recognize the devil as being totally defeated By

JESUS.

b. Matt 4:1-11 The devil has the ability to distort, deceive, and hinder.

c. Matt 16 :23 When the devil tries this take your Authority IN the NAME of

Jesus. d. The ONLY power the devil has over you , IS THE POWER YOU

GIVE HIM.

VI WE MUST REMEMBER JESUS WALKED ON THIS EARTH AS A MAN IN CORRECT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD,

NOT AS GOD ON EARTH.

A. Philippians 2:7 and was made in the likeness of men. B. Two steps for walking in Authority:

1. In order for you to walk in authority in the earth you must legally possess a Body.

2. You must be Anointed by the Holy Ghost the Power behind the Authority. C. A human body is what gives Spirits the ability to operate in the Earth. D. When God created Adam , it was his desire to reproduce Himself on Planet earth . He gave man everything necessary to have authority and dominion on the earth. Adam willfully sinned and allowed a criminal Spirit Satan to take his Badge of authority and dominion. that was not gods plan , But God had a plan to regain that authority through the Redemption of man. Man lost the authority therefore , it was justice that required a MAN to regain it. Not just any man, but Jesus himself.

VII. THE AUTHORITY OF JESUS IN HIS EARTH WALK.

a. Jesus met the requirements at birth by receiving a Body.

b. Jesus was not like other men his father is God.

c. Jesus did not retain his Deity when he came to Earth , he had to wait till an

appointed time to be anointed by God for service.

Matt 3:1-16

d. Jesus yielded to God and gave him the right to exercise his divine ability in the

earth through him.

E. John 5:19 Jesus said it was the father doing the work.

Jesus was a man in correct relationship with God /Therefore satan did not own his god given authority , and when he mixed his God given authority (JOHN 5:26-27)with Gods Ability <Miracles Happened>

F. Jesus won Back through the process of redemption , the authority of the man that Satan stole and returned it to those who believe on him. SINCE JESUS PAID IN FULL THE PRICE AT REDEMPTION SATAN CANNOT STEAL YOUR AUTHORITY , HE WOULD HAVE TO STEAL IT FROM JESUS , HE CAN ONLY DECIEVE , INTO LAYING IT DOWN YOURSELF.

G        We see the ability of god released on behalf of humanity in the Gospels.
1.        To heal the sick John 5:8 , Matt 8:3 ect.
2             Over Nature.      Mark 4:35-43

3. Over Death Mark 5:35-43

4. Over Demons Luke 9:38-42

5. Over Lack John 6:5-13

6. To teach the Word Matt 7:28-29

H. Challenge to Christ's Authority

1. Matt 1:4-11 Jesus overcame Satan

2. Luke 4:33-36 Jesus overcame Demons

3. Mark 11:24 Religious leaders . Jesus overcame them with Gods

Wisdom. I. OUR AUTHORITY IN CHRIST.

1. Matt 28:18-20 Verse 18 is a revelation of were all authority is . Jesus Has It. Then he Commissions us to go teach all Nations

2. Mark 16:15-18 Thegreat commission with a revelation of the effects of our Authority and power in Christ over sickness , Demons, and circumstances.

3. Luke 10:19 Basis of our authority over all demon forces, and revelation Of their inability to harm us in the process.

4. Luke 9:1-2 on the Basis of his word , Jesus could Delegate his authority and Those who believed could operate in it.. NOTICE : this was before the cross

J. New covenant authority.

1 The authority we enjoy under the new covenant is based on the completed Work of Christ through redemption .

2. The power to demonstrate (the Holy Ghost) was released upon the earth , Because of the Blood of Jesus that was offered for our redemption now made It possible for God himself to dwell in Human flesh , and to empower Believers to produce a witness to the world that what was lost through Adam in the Garden was restored In Christ. Acts 2:8

3. The book of Acts is proof positive that God regained the dominion and

Authority man lost, he gave man back his God given Authority IN Christ. AND NOW HE RELEASES HIS ABILITY WHEN WE YIELD OUR AUTHORITY.

1. HCorinthians 5:20 states we are Ambassadors ,Envoy"s,Representatives for , in behalf of Christ. This is our New Covenant Basis to receive Christ Delegated authority to minister the word of Reconciliation.
